"Long before the earth knew pollutants of any kind, a huge, ancient sea covered what
is now North America. Pure, natural salt was the main ingredient of this sea, and
over millions of years, the water in the sea evaporated, leaving the salt in undisturbed
deposits.
At some point during the earth's Jurassic era, a range of volcanoes erupted around
the ancient sea bed, sealing the salt with thick volcanic ash, protecting these
precious deposits against the pollution that man would eventually introduce into
the environment.
Near the small town of Redmond, in central Utah, approximately 200 miles south of
Salt Lake City, we carefully extract this salt from deep within the earth, and bring
it to you in its pure, natural state–without any additives, chemicals, or heat processing.
This is RealSalt®, full of flavor and natural goodness–the
way salt was meant to be savored!"

Lycra. They are cool, breathable and very comfortable to wear. They attach on the
front of your shoe to the front most shoelace via a hook. The rear is held in place
by a Velcro tab. The tension of the stretch material keeps them in place. You slip
them on before putting on your shoes. Then just attach the hook and the Velcro tab
to your shoe. The design makes it very easy to change shoes and socks and then reattach
the gaiter. Velcro and glue for your shoes is included. Three sizes are available,
small, regular and large. To insure proper fit please include shoe size with order.
The available colors are currently: rich charcoal (black), gray, pebble, night green

With a mix of carbohydrates, protein, and fiber, CLIF BAR
is a moderate glycemic index food. What does this mean? Basically, you'll benefit
from a steady increase in blood sugar levels followed by a gradual decline (sustained
energy!).
Know what that means? You keep going. Eat a CLIF BAR 1 – 2 hours before a workout
or race, and you’ll avoid the sugar high and crash associated with refined ingredients
and sweeteners.
A CLIF BAR delivers the boost you need without unwanted crash and burn. You don’t
have to be an athlete to enjoy a CLIF BAR, but with the extra energy a CLIF BAR
provides you may find it hard not to be.
